Library Learning Centre
The Library Learning Centre is situated on the main site and is available to all staff and students, whichever site your course is delivered from and whether you are studying part-time or full-time.
Situated on the ground floor of the Richard Gentry building, the LLC has easy access for all and offers a welcoming, friendly and quiet environment for individual study or group work.
The Library contains a wide range of resources to support your course including:
- Networked computers and laptops with internet and Wi-Fi access
- Colour and black and white printers
- Books for borrowing and reference - View Heritage(library catalogue)
- Newspapers, magazines and journals, both in hard copy and online
- eResources including; online newspapers, magazines, eBooks and databases available via Waves VLE
- Specialist equipment for disabled users
- Televisions
- DVDs
- Audio-books
- Leisure reading
- Careers and job information
- Laminator
- Colour photocopier
- Fingerprint recognition instead of conventional library card (Winner of Tribal Technical Innovation Award)
