Starting with the basics and leading to nationally recognised English and Maths qualifications. You might want to help the children with their homework, improve your CV, write a letter or report, or get to grips with those confusing bills and statements. Our courses are designed to suit you. The courses are offered at the main College site, in community venues and in the workplace – day-time and in the evening at various times.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)*
We offer a range of courses to help speakers of other languages to develop and improve a new language in a practical way. You will have an opportunity to meet people and learn about life in Britain. Courses are available during the day-time and the evening and range from Pre-Entry to Level 2.

Courses for Teaching and Learner Support Staff
We offer qualifications that raise awareness of learners’ literacy and numeracy needs and help plan for the individual. These qualifications are offered in modularised units:

Certificate in Adult Learner Support (City & Guilds 9297) at Level 2

Delivery in the Workplace*
We can offer bespoke courses, delivered in the workplace, specifically designed to meet the needs of employers and their employees that fit into working patterns and shifts.
