


When designing customised training courses, the first step we undertake is to perform an Organisational Needs Analysis. The Organisational Needs Analysis will help you to identify the training courses required to address business issues such as skills, leadership, performance or managing change.
An assessment of your business and the identification of the factors that influence your business issues will help you to identify any gaps in workforce skills and development. Our advisors can then work with you to identify a training course proposal to meet your needs.
The training course proposal is designed to match the training needs of your business by providing flexible methods of training that can be linked to a full or bite-size qualification or a short course to meet a skills need.
As part of the service, you will be provided with a fully comprehensive training proposal with an outline of course fees, funding opportunities* and dates available.
* We have access to a range of funding opportunities, such as Train to Gain or ESF, to provide fully funded or partially funded course fees (subject to availability). Our advisors will review all of the training opportunities available to your employee(s) and identify the most cost effective training course options.
